How I Plan Weekly in 20 Minutes

Every Sunday evening, I run a 20-minute ritual that keeps my week organized and intentional:

  1. Review the Past Week: Wins, blockers, loose ends.

  2. Pick 3 Goals: Not 10. Just the 3 outcomes that move the needle.

  3. Time Block: I block time in Google Calendar—especially for deep work.

All of this lives in Notion, where I track tasks and update status daily. It’s fast, flexible, and powerful enough to keep me focused without overthinking it.
